Hill Country Vision Center - Stone Oak

Wanted to find a new vision place where they do not try to sell me things but also seem to care and this was the place to be! Support staff and Dr Patel were all very kind! Made a difficult thing like an eye doctor appointment feel calm 🫶🏼 answered any questions I had

My 10 year old daughter and I had a great experience with our appointments. The front desk admin is so nice and accommodating. The two eye technician ladies (sorry, don’t know the name) but they were so patient with my daughter getting her first pair of contacts. They kept a calm demeanor while my anxiety on the inside was through the roof lol. They did amazing with her. I highly recommend this place!

I liked that I was in and out in no time. The staff was cordial and professional. Dr. Patel was straight to the point. It was a great experience for me.

Dr Patel is great at teaching on how the eye works and how medications affect the eyes. The man helping me pick out glasses was super helpful and great about giving me an opinion with what kind of glasses looked good on me. Great team work. Will definitely be going back.

First visit today and it was due to Alex Briseno now working at this location. I am glad I found him after Blanco Eye Works closed as he is amazing and a true professional!

Hill Country Vision Center has been great. This was my first experience with this location, and the staff really went above and beyond. I found a great set of glasses, and Alex helped make sure they were perfect for me. I really appreciate their thorough attention to detail and follow through on customer service to ensure I was happy with the prescription and glasses I received.

Today, I went to get glasses, and Izzy assisted me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was able to purchase three pairs of glasses, and he helped me with insurance inquiries and any discounts available. They have a huge selection, ranging from basic to luxury brands. When you go in, I highly recommend asking for Izzy; he is great!

Great experience at this Vision Center. The location is convenient, the online scheduling system was easy to use, and there were plenty of appointment times available. Dr. Patel was friendly and knowledgeable, making the eye exam quick and comfortable. The best part was working with Alex to choose my glasses. They have a huge selection of frames, and Alex is an expert at helping you find styles that fit your face perfectly and making sure the prescription in the lenses is just right so you can see clearly. Highly recommend!
